If you leave without paying, your registration stays unconfirmed and we will email you a link to complete the payment.

    Terms & conditions

    Booking. Confirmed upon written acceptance and payment under the invoice.

    Payment. Full payment by the invoice due date and before participation, unless agreed otherwise. Unpaid bookings may be released after notice.

    Cancellation. Cancellations are not permitted. All confirmed bookings are non-refundable, and the full participation fee remains payable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.

    Substitution. Delegate replacements may be requested, subject to eligibility; purchased places do not increase.

    Deliverables. Only written-confirmed benefits apply. Speaking, displays and meetings require approval. No government access, investment or commercial outcome is guaranteed.

    Logos & artwork. Submit authorised logos and approved content in requested formats by 17th October 2026. Late content may miss completed production; alternatives will be discussed.

    Photography. Official recording may be used for event reporting. Notify restrictions before attendance. Obtain separate permission for interviews and testimonials.

    Business matchmaking consent. By registering, delegates authorise the organiser to use their contact information and share it with relevant prospective business counterparts to arrange suitable business meetings.

    Force majeure. Disruption beyond reasonable control will be notified; rescheduling, transfer or refunds follow the approved policy and applicable law.

    Organiser rights. Participation may be restricted for safety, misconduct or material breach. Observe venue rules.
